2 X 8: Inner diameter of bangles- 2.5" or 2 4/8" OR 6.3 cms. [Inner dimension]

2 X 6: Inner diameter of bangles- 2.38" or 2 3/8" OR 6.1 cms. [Inner dimension]

Best way to see if this fits you is to take a bangle or a bracelet that you currently wear and measure the diameter and ensure that your size is the same or smaller than the diameter mentioned above.
